High Tide IPA is a seasonal brew by Port Brewing Co. It is brewed only in the fall season to coincide with the annual hop harvests in Yakima Washington. This is an awesome IPA…well if you are a hop head… It is a little on the bitter side but the mixture of Centennial and Chinook hops along with the two row malt makes for a nice grape fruit citrus and bitterness in this beer. The nose on this guy is awesome, like taking deep huffs of Centennial and Chinook hops… In the mouth you get the bitterness and citrus flavors of those same hops along with a light banana flavor from the malt. This is a nice beer and perfect for the fall season. I suggest you go out now and pick you up a couple bottles before they are gone.
